According to a national independent survey done by Transport Focus, customer satisfaction for bus users in BCP is at 91 percent an increase of two percent from the previous year. Which makes BCP the third highest rated area in the country for customer satisfaction.
Andrew Wickham, the managing director of MoreBus said “we won’t stop here. There is always more we can do to make travelling an even more pleasurable experience. Buses are the perfect solution to reducing congestion across our area.”

The criteria for the survey was broad and asked passengers for feedback on all aspects of a bus journey. From waiting at stops to the driver. Bournemouth scored well in overall marks but particularly high on punctuality.
Councillor Andy Hadley, Cabinet Member for Climate Response, Environment and Energy for BCP Council, thinks that better busses equates to a better environment for all residents saying that their quality is “ensuring more people are choosing the bus, helping to reduce both carbon and congestion in our area.”
