To celebrate National Fitness Day today, the team at 2Riversmeet in Christchurch are hosting a free Les Mills launch event.
The event is open to everyone and will offer a range of free classes throughout today.
Anyone who attends the event will also get money off the 2Riversmeet autumn membership, ‘End the Year Right’.
It is available today for £75.
If unable to attend, if you sign up after today, the membership can still be claimed for £80.
