After previously stating that a yellow weather warning remained in place, forecasts have been updated for the South West region.
Storm Atiyah battered the UK Sunday night with high winds and heavy rainfall, and the Met Office originally kept the weather warning in place in preparation for Storm Brendan.
Now this warning is only for the North of England and Scotland.
Although flood warnings remain in place for areas across Dorset, including parts of Christchurch and Wimborne, and now include the coastlines along Bournemouth and Poole, as well as Poole harbour.
