LOCAL NEWS: Can anyone identify this Phantom Menace?

Police are investigating a man who kicked and damaged a life-size statue of a Lego Storm Trooper character that was on display outside Beales on Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth.

Dorset Police have released CCTV footage of the suspect in a bid to identify him.

At 3:22pm on Saturday 7 September 2019 the man kicked the statue of the Storm Trooper character over causing the head to shatter to the floor.

Police Community Support Investigator Dave Singleton, of Bournemouth Police said: “As part of my enquiries I have obtained CCTV images of the suspect.

“While I appreciate the quality is not great, they are the best we have and I would ask anyone who recognises him to please contact Dorset Police.”
