The ‘Leave Only Footprints’ initiative is encouraging visitors to leave Bournemouth and Poole’s beaches looking nice, by using the correct bins provided on the seafront.
Local animation specialists, Little Blue Hut, have created a fun, colourful video that highlights the area’s fantastic reputation as a seaside resort. It follows Jez (pictured above), who learns about the benefits of using the new bins along Bournemouth and Poole seafront. The bins are colour coded (blue for recycling, black for general waste), with clear messaging, to help people identify the correct place to dispose of their rubbish.
The Red Arrows are back in town this weekend for the Bournemouth Air Festival and, with a huge turnout predicted, it’s more important than ever to be mindful of our impact on the environment.
