Weymouth FC retained the Dorset Senior Cup last night (12 April) with a thrilling 2-1 win over rivals Gillingham Town. Tim Sills scored both goals sending The Terras in 2-0 up at half time. Gillingham Town pulled one back in the second half with 15 minutes to go setting up a nail-biting finale but Weymouth held on for a well-deserved win much to the delight of boss Jason Matthews who was keen to see Weymouth win more silverware this year.
