The bike and scooter rental operator has seen a huge increase of 176% in the usage of their bikes and e-Scooters within the first 6 months of 2021.
Cycle To Work Day begins tomorrow on 5 August and is a great way for us all to try a new way of getting to work while keeping active.
The 2021 Cycle To Work Day will be supported by various organisations including Beryl as they encourage the use of eco-friendly transport instead of cars.
Raising the awareness of micro-mobility options across the BCP area is what Beryl and Passenger are hoping to achieve by working alongside each other, this includes having bus operator apps and websites featuring bike and e-scooter locations. Using this partnership to encourage greener and more sustainable travel has seen the amount of bike and e-scooter rides surpass 415,000 since the initiative began in 2019.
