Upton Country Park have secured a whopping £1.9 million of vital funding from The National Lottery
One of the core beliefs at Upton Country Park is bringing communities together by allowing people to understand, value and enjoy Poole’s rich heritage. Work will start with vital repairs to the infrastructure and the introduction of volunteer facilities which will allow visitors to learn about the rich and varied heritage of Upton Country Park.
They will also aim to reinstate historical pathways that link Upton house to the wider grounds and open up three vistas that have been lost over time.
A brand new “wide reaching” activity program will also be introduced which will also work alongside schools and educational providers.
