They will also be hosting exciting events for children, which include The Winter Mini Challenge.
Just read 3 books over the Christmas holidays (or between Monday 2nd December and Monday 13th January 2020) and review your favourite read to display in the library.
When you’ve finished, go to the website to print out a special certificate to keep.
You can also attend the Christmas Wriggle & Rhyme or Toddler Time in your local library between Monday 16th and Tuesday 24th December. The employees will be looking out for the best Christmas outfits, and will be reading favourite Christmas stories.
For older children, there are lots of things going on during the school holidays: you can junk-model a giant sprout and put it in a catapult (Poole); make decorations, cards and calendars (Hamworthy, Canford Heath and Springbourne) or add your best joke to our giant cracker (Kinson).
