Dolphin Shopping Centre’s One Great Day event raised £290 for Great Ormond Street Hospital and Diverse Abilities.
One Great Day took place on Saturday 15 June at the Poole shopping centre, one of 200 shopping centres taking part nationwide.
Shoppers were challenged to the traditional mallet smashing fairground game, if you scored 100 three times in a row you won a prize from one of the Dolphin’s retailers.
A leaderboard was kept, with the highest scorer winning a prize.
The money was split evenly between the London-based hospital and the Dorset disability charity, Diverse Abilities, which is the Dolphin’s ‘charity of the year 2019’.
