The training courses are designed to help learners get back into work, education or volunteering, by building confidence, developing teamwork skills and fostering a better understanding of community activities. Maths, English and IT skills are focused on during training and Mindy Bartlett, CEO of EDAS, says the grant has been “invaluable” in helping learners enhance their future prospects.
