REVIEW: Thriller Live showcases Jackson’s greatest hits

0

There’s no doubt that Thriller Live is a crowd pleaser, for both the very young right through to those who remember The Jackson Five like it was yesterday – there’s something for everyone. From Rockin Robin to the iconic Thriller and many more in between, this is a show not to be missed.

Although slightly grating at times, the love for the undisputed King of Pop is evident throughout the performances from all of the cast. The singers, dancers and fabulous live band give it their all from beginning to end and create a unique connection with the audience.

You can expect to dance and clap along to all the Michael Jackson classics, along with some lesser known hits. There are stand out performances which include Man in the Mirror, BAD, Billie Jean, Blame it on the Boogie, ABC and my personal favourite Smooth Criminal – most of which are still hugely popular today which is testimony to the great man himself.

Overall, this is a non stop, feel good, spectacular show which will be appreciated and enjoyed by all ages – long may it continue!

Thriller Live is at The Bournemouth Pavilion until 23 June. Tickets start at £26.50 and can be purchased online or by contacting BH Live on 0844 576 3000

Thriller Live continues its tour across the UK for the rest of the year returning to nearby Portsmouth on 29 & 30 December 2018. Find out more details about the UK tour here
