CHILDREN: Time to talk PANTS – help protect your child from abuse

It’s the kind of conversation that most parents will find it difficult to have: Talking to your child about how to stay safe from sexual abuse.

To help make it easier to approach this difficult subject, the NSPCC has created the PANTS animation and song, for children age 4-6, featuring friendly dinosaurs.

Poole Borough Council has been quick to voice it’s support for the PANTS campaign and has included the details in their latest newsletter. To get more news from Borough of Poole you can sign up to their e-newsletters here

Talking PANTS teaches children important messages, like their body belongs to them and they should tell an adult if they’re upset or worried.
