Defy gravity at Bournemouth’s Upside Down House

An unusual attraction is coming to Bournemouth’s Triangle this month: the Upside Down House.

This inverted wooden house will be the first of its kind in the UK, and blends street art with experiential entertainment, to offer visitors a zero-gravity illusion experience.

Walk on the ceiling, go downstairs to go up, do handstands without taking your feet off the floor, and let your imagination run riot. The fully furnished house offers great quirky photo opportunities – get ready to see #UpsideDownHouse all over Instagram!

The installation launches on November 10, and will be in situ until June 2019. It will also be part of Bournemouth’s Christmas Tree Wonderland, which launches a week later.

CEO of Upside Down House Tom Dirse:

“We are extremely excited to bring the first Upside Down House to the UK, specifically to Bournemouth. We’d like to thank Bournemouth Tourism for all its help support and help in bringing this project together.”
