Merseyside Police have issued a warrant for Thomas Peers, a man who is reported to have links with Dorset, after he failed to appear in court for breaching a court order.
Police have described him as white, 5ft 8in tall, of slim build and with short brown hair. Thomas is originally from Huyton in Merseyside and speaks with a Liverpool accent but because of his Dorset connections, police are asking the public to report any sightings.
