Join Lighthouse Poole on the red carpet for the exclusive world premiere of “Lawrence: After Arabia”.

The film is set to be the final instalment in the trilogy which started with Lawrence of Arabia in 1962. This was followed by “Lawrence: A Dangerous Man” in 1996. The former was directed by David Lean and had Peter O’Toole in the starring role. The latter was directed by Christopher Menaul and starred Ralph Fiennes in the starring role. The trilogy follows the life of T.E Lawrence.

The film, which was shot in Dorset, used a largely local cast and crew. Cast includes Michael Malonely, Brian Cox, Hugh Fraser and Tom Barber Duffy in the title role. The film focuses on the events that led to the death of T.E Lawrence, who died six days after a motorcycle accident near Bovington Camp. T.E Lawrence remains an heroic name in UK history.

The film has also attracted music legends Rick Wakeman and Bruce Woolley (ex Buggles), Guy Protheroe of the English Chamber Choir and composer-musician Clifford White to collaborate on the soundtrack.

The event is to be held at the Lighthouse on 19 May 2020 at 7:30pm. For more information or to purchase contact visit here or phone here.
