0

Between 11am-5pm on Sunday 23 June Littledown Park will play host to a tasty lineup at this year’s food and drink festival.

There will be a selection of foods, both local and exotic – spread over a number of stalls.

You can expect food from Vietnam, Mexico, India, Turkey and North America alongside hog roast, wild game burgers and local cheese, bread sauces and preserves.

If you have a sweet tooth there will be plenty of cakes, milkshakes, waffles, crepes and fudge.

And to finish off there will be local cider, ale and gin.

Colette Kiernander, BH Live’s Divisional General Manager said: “We are looking forward to hosting our third food and drink festival here at Littledown.

“We hope everyone enjoys the variety of food, music and stalls on offer this year and a fantastic day is had by all.”

Music will be provided by Mother Ukers, Clockwork Jukebox and Brass Monkeys, amongst others.

You can bring the kids along too as there will be inflatables, Jules the Entertainer with circus skills, a high ropes adventure; alongside the normal play park and paddling pool, which will be open as usual.

Admission is free but some activities require a payment.

Car parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis but coming via public transport or under your own power is encouraged.
